Teignbridge Council is holding a consultation for the Teignbridge Core Strategy 2013-2033 Preferred Options. The map of Kingskerswell shows an area including the Public Hall as being a future area of potential housing development. We would reassure Hall users that should development occur, the Hall Trustees, as landowners of the Hall site, would ensure that an alternative building is provided if the Hall site is required for access, and there would be no interruption to the availability of a Hall for our hirers.
